Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing wafid.gamcaslip.com. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our users. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before proceeding with any appointment booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking within 48 hours provided that the GCC Slip has not yet been generated. In such cases, a cancellation fee of ৳500 (BDT) or its equivalent in other currencies will be deducted from the total amount.

Once the GCC Slip has been issued, we regret to inform you that no cancellation or refund will be possible. For any cancellation requests, please contact our support team through the official channels mentioned below.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation is made within the allowed period and before GCC Slip generation, the refund will be issued after deducting the cancellation fee.
  • Requests made after the time limit but before slip generation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days from the processing date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund approval is subject to verification and not guaranteed in all cases. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the GCC Slip has been generated.

5. No Return Policy

As our services are entirely digital and appointment-based, we do not offer returns. This policy is in place because no physical product is delivered.
