Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 06-05-2025
wafid.gamcaslip.com is operated by ABS IT, and serves individuals planning to travel to GCC countries by assisting in the medical appointment process on Wafid (formerly GAMCA). This website does not provide any direct medical services, advice, or analysis of reports.
1. Nature of Service
wafid.gamcaslip.com is a technology-driven platform that helps clients book appointments through the official Wafid website. The activity is limited to collecting client information and scheduling appointments following the standard process. No part of this service includes direct medical intervention.
2. Information Submission & Responsibility
To process an appointment, the client must provide the following information accurately:
- Scanned copy of a valid passport
- Mobile number
- Email address or WhatsApp number
If any information is incorrect, unclear, or incomplete and causes delay or failure in appointment processing, the responsibility lies entirely with the client.
3. Appointment Limitations
According to Wafid regulations, appointments may not be available in the following scenarios:
- If the applicant is outside the eligible age range
- If the passport has less than 6 months and 21 days validity
- If an appointment has already been taken within the past 30 days
- If there is a previous “fit” or “unfit” medical record
In such cases, wafid.gamcaslip.com cannot guarantee appointment confirmation and will not be held responsible for failures.
4. Booking & Disclaimer
Once an appointment is booked and confirmed with a medical center, wafid.gamcaslip.com will not be responsible for the following situations if the test is not conducted:
- The medical center refuses service due to its internal policy
- If the center is canceled by Wafid
- If there are visa or MOFA update issues
In such scenarios, refunds will not be applicable.
5. Appointment Validity
wafid.gamcaslip.com usually processes the booking within 1–2 hours of receiving the application. However, delays of 24–48 hours may occur due to Wafid server issues.
Although the appointment slip from Wafid shows a 30-day validity, in practice, clients must attend the designated medical center within 1–5 days of booking.
If the client delays and the medical center refuses to conduct the test, the client is solely responsible. Neither wafid.gamcaslip.com nor ABS IT will be held accountable.
Note: By using wafid.gamcaslip.com, you agree to all the above terms and conditions laid out by ABS IT.
